Graduado em Produção Audiovisual e Mestre em Comunicação, é realizador, roteirista, produtor e diretor de arte. Sócio fundador da Tokyo Filmes, trabalhou junto à empresa entre 2008 e 2021. Em 2021, constituiu a Vento Leste Cinema. Alguns de seus trabalhos já foram exibidos em Festivais como os de Locarno, Berlim, Viña del Mar, Havana, Rotterdam e Rio de Janeiro. Com o curta-metragem Gaveta (2010) recebeu o prêmio de melhor diretor estreante no 21º Festival internacional de curtas-metragens de São Paulo. Com o filme Rifle, do qual é corroteirista e diretor de arte, recebeu o prêmio de melhor roteiro no 49º Festival de Brasília do Cinema Brasileiro na sua estreia nacional. Foi diretor de arte do filme Castanha (64ª Berlinale – Forum), assistente de direção do longa-metragem Beira-mar (65ª Berlinale – Forum) e diretor assistente de Raia 4 (22º Shanghai International Film Festival). Em 2023 recebeu dois prêmios de melhor direção de arte pelo filme O Acidente. É um dos idealizadores do Festival Diálogo de Cinema de Porto Alegre, que já realizou seis edições desde 2013. 

Graduated in Cinema and holds a Master's in Communication, is a filmmaker, screenwriter, producer, and art director. A founding partner of Tokyo Filmes, he worked with the company from 2008 to 2021. In 2021, he established Vento Leste Cinema. Some of his works have been showcased at festivals such as Locarno, Berlin, Viña del Mar, Havana, Rotterdam, and Rio de Janeiro. With the short film Gaveta (2010), he received the award for Best Debut Director at the 21st International Short Film Festival of São Paulo. For the film Rifle, for which he is co-screenwriter and art director, he won the Best Screenplay award at the 49th Brasília Festival of Brazilian Cinema during its national premiere. He served as art director for the film Castanha (64th Berlinale – Forum), assistant director for the feature film Beira-mar (65th Berlinale – Forum), and assistant director for Raia 4 (22nd Shanghai International Film Festival). In 2023, he received three awards for Best Art Direction, two for the film O Acidente and one for the film Colapso. He is the Co-Art Director of Vírginia e Adelaide (26th Festival do Rio), directed by Jorge Furtado and Yasmin Thayná. He is also one of the creators of the Diálogo de Cinema Festival in Porto Alegre, which has held six editions since 2013.
